- You are committed to your order or offer at the time it is placed, which is when an online sale took place and you are then liable for the cost of any goods or services you have requested.
- you can return the goods/order you have placed within a week of placing an order, and amount refund will depend upon the fluctuations in goods/items (gold, silver etc..), also subject to the courier/handling charges we have incurred upon the delivery.
- If you want to sale any of your metal/ornaments/jewelry to us, you will have to visit our store, and price offered by us will be let you know after proper valuation of the products.
Note: You will have to bring your Address Proof and ID proof along with yourself.
